We can even start with a limited menu and  ADD-ON items.        Add one or more of these stations to your next reception.        Food stations come with cooking and display equipment.

We also provide all staffing, and this depends on the maintenance and number of guests.       What this means to our valued clients is that you will have the best quality food, presented in the most eye appealing way, and that you will have everything you need and everything you ordered.       Our guidelines allow us to assure the quality and service we're so well known for.

Interactive food stations can be quite the delight for your guests at your next function.           This allows the guests to have something to DO, instead of just performing the function of feeding the masses.           It requires everyone to mix and mingle and engaged guests always makes for a more memorable event.           Another pro for food stations is that it offers a tasting menu of sorts.          Your guests can sample and try foods they otherwise may have never tried.          Food stations definitely qualify as that little something extra that makes your event unforgetable.                   Most of the menus includes:  Miniature Rolls and/or Artisan Bread, Butter,
Chaffing dishes, disposable Plates, disposable Utensils & white disposable Napkins           Labor charges are based on a two-hour minimum, with a charge of $25.00 for each
additional hour after the minimum.

Smushi      is a smaller version of the traditional Danish open sandwich called ”Smørrebrød     They are beautifully decorated on either dark rye or white sour dough bread with healthy fish, meat and vegetarian options.
Canapé       functions are fantastic fun and create a great atmosphere. You can be assured that your guests will be left fully satisfied from the delicious assortment of canapés served throughout the function.
Wraps       Healthy and delicious wraps all made to your guests specifications. A wide selection of wraps using: Lettuces, Rice Paper, Tortillas etc.

We start with fresh baked artisan breads, pile on the very best meats, cheeses and veggies, then we top it all off with our amazing homemade spreads

Satays  Skewers      Satays cooked in front of guests on heated slabs of stone will Fresh Papaya Salsa, Tomatillo Salsa, Black Bean Salsa give you a real sensation for the senses. Thai Peanut Chicken, Teriyaki Beef, Sweet Chili Shrimp, Cilantro Pesto Vegetable Satays come with delicious sauces and are prepared to perfection. One of each item per person.
Malaysian Skewers        of Beef, Chicken and Pork all flamed grilled and served with dipping sauce.
