SYMBIOTIC (GLOBAL) CUISINE is best described as:  "Taking a meat, seafood, poultry, vegetable, original dish from one country and pairing it with a starch and/or vegetables from a different Country while still maintaining the original and distinct flavour / cooking style of that Country  OR  using ingredients or styles of cooking from one or more Countries and enhancing it with ingredients or style of cooking from another country to create a dish that is fabulously original"
